Bringing People To Christ

• We will seek out the 60% unchurched in our community, believing there is a sense of urgency to reaching those who do not yet know Jesus Christ.-We will intentionally reach out to the family of each person attending our congregation and to our friends and neighbors in the community.  
  • Bridge Communities- We serve the homeless in Naperville.
  • Alden Nursing Home – We have volunteers each week host a worship service at Alden Nursing Home
• We will offer relevant family issues seminars to our community in non-threatening environments.
• We will offer other outreach events such as Bible studies, music presentations, youth retreats and events, and children’s programs such as Vacation Bible School.
• We will support missionaries and missions organizations with prayer, action, and our finances to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to the world.

  • Summer Camp scholarships to less fortunate children and families from Chicago, Gary, and other areas.
  • Mission Trips
    • We had over 70 people volunteer a week of their summer to serve Louisana after Huricane Katrina in a church-wide mission trip.
    • We have 74 people participating in a mission trip this summer in Chicago (The Windy City Project 2011). They will be doing construction at Oakdale Covenant Church; Jesus People USA (Leland House); Tapestry Fellowship; and Bridge Communities in Naperville. We will also be giving every child we meet during the week of July 21-26 a new Bible.
